On Friday, December 30th, I experienced my first time at Miami’s Critical Mass. The event is held the LAST Friday of each month, and starts at the Stephen P. Clark Government Center in Downtown. The route changes each month, this one was about 14 miles long, we went through Brickell, through Coral Way to Miracle Mile down Little Havana back through Mary Brickell Village and then ended at The Filing Station in Downtown. I had so much fun with my friends @missvanetweets, @mespe001 and @prestondice, I would have to guess over 500 people were there. It’s great to see all the different types of bikes and how people “pimp” their bikes out. Afterwards, we rode bike to enjoy some hot wings and beer at Hurricane Grill & Wings in Midtown. I’m already looking forward to the next one, Friday, January 27th. for more info check out www.themiamibikescene.com or @miamibikescene on twitter.
